Youth Coordinator

Job Summary

• Assist in the continued development of the business plan through monitored project schedule and project completion.
• Ensures necessary resources and materials are available to facilitate project completion.
• Assess the efficiency of resources and materials throughout the project.
• Negotiate contract changes with customers before, during and after each project.
• Prepare programming, including task list, staffing plan, scheduling, timelines and communication.
• Manage system setup for all vendors for payment, restock, order, etc. 
• Establish and enforce safe working environment for team members in compliance with company policies, local, state and federal laws.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university with an emphasis on business, management, or sports.
• General understanding and experience of youth soccer required. 
• Strong written communication and negotiation skills. 
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills. 
• Ability to maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. 
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills required.
• Able and available for unrestricted international and domestic travel. 
• Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is strongly preferred.
• Must have general knowledge/skill in social media content creation and management. 
• USSF Coaching License strongly preferred.
