CRM Coordinator

Job Summary

Midwest Professional Basketball Team is looking for a CRM Coordinator.

Job responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the overall administration for the organization’s Customer Relationship Management software
• Managing day to day quality of data in the CRM system  
• Being first point of contact for user inquiries
• Gathering and documenting user requirements for new development 
• Developing user forms, workflows, queries, and reports
• Setting up and monitoring user access and security rights 
• Managing training processes for users 
• Creating training materials and update as needed
• Participating in CRM user group meetings and technical meetings with external consultants
• Creating and managing new business processes rooted in the CRM system
• Developing techniques to identify, extract and analyze data to support business decisions
• Proposing and effectively disseminating cutting edge ideas, process improvements and best practice research to advance the organization’s analytical capabilities
• Researching CRM-related technologies to provide recommendations on new opportunities
• Endeavoring to contribute positively to the culture of the organization
• Advocating for the use of data in helping to drive business decisions
