Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of delivering top notch customer service to the center's members through the supervision of customer service desk operations.

 

Duties of the Customer Service Shift Supervisor:

  • Modeling and monitoring of proper staff behavior
  • Ensuring the members feel welcome
  • Attending to questions accurately
  • Maintaining safety of the members/team
  • Other related tasks

 

Required:

  • Can maintain accurate cash/check/credit transaction processing
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong skills organizational/supervisory skills
