Corporate Communications Associate Manager

Job Summary

Professional Basketball Organization is looking for a Corporate Communications Associate Manger to join its operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage and own corporate communications for arena and team. Give (501c3 nonprofit) to help purposefully tell the story. This includes pitching and partnering with media for events, concerts, community announcements, etc..
• Build and execute engagement strategy for strategic influencers and non-traditional media. 
• Celebrate communication, collaboration and team by supporting day-to-day operations of corporate communication efforts, which includes participating in cross-departmental meetings, fielding media inquiries and developing and maintaining key internal relationships.
• Contribute to team discussions and brainstorms to thoughtfully and creatively pitch and place stories using a range of traditional and new media across local, regional, national and global audiences.
