Job Summary


The position will be helping to manage and coordinate the Athletics Business Office within the rules of University, Conference and NCAA.



  • Developing and entering of purchase requisitions/travel advances
  • Processing and reconciling of travel expenses
  • Administering of invoices/reimbursements
  • Preparing/monitoring/analysis of budget
  • Ledger and journal entries preparing
  • Other related tasks


  • Master's degree
  • 2 years relevant work experience
  • MS office proficient
  • Business office/bookkeeping experience
