Job Summary

The position will be providing administrative/operational overseeing of Arena Department activities such as hiring, supervising and training of full time/part time armed/unarmed staff members.

Duties

• Managing the work of 3rd shift officers and supervisors
• Motivating the staff while maintaining positive and productive work environment
• Staff evaluating like appraising of productivity
• Managing the staff time records
• Providing training and event night overseeing
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• 2 years supervisory experience
• MS office proficient
• Can maintain confidentiality
