Assistant Women's Track and Field Coach (Throws Coach)

Job Summary

The position will be coaching of throwing events while recruiting those events, student athlete monitoring, etc.

Duties include the following:

• Designing, executing and monitoring of training programs
• Leading the recruiter for all throwing events
• Helping to identify, evaluate, select prospect student athletes
• Helping to oversee academic progress
• Other related tasks

Minimum Qualifications:

• College degree
• 1 year coaching throws experience
• Track and field women's knowledge
• Strong skills communication/presentation
• Can work varying days/hours
• CPR/First Aid/AED certificate
