Job Summary

 

The position will be in charge of managing support for the internal Information Technology infrastructure and technology systems of the arena.

 

Duties

  • Technical support helpdesk management
  • Maintaining of MS Active Directory and MS Server platforms
  • Supporting mobile devices
  • Conducting software upgrades/patching
  • Setting up of portable switches/printers/phones
  • Other related tasks

Qualifications

  • MS office experience
  • Cisco CCNA level or higher certificate
  • Valid driver's license
