Job Summary
The position will be in charge of managing support for the internal Information Technology infrastructure and technology systems of the arena.
Duties
- Technical support helpdesk management
- Maintaining of MS Active Directory and MS Server platforms
- Supporting mobile devices
- Conducting software upgrades/patching
- Setting up of portable switches/printers/phones
- Other related tasks
Qualifications
- MS office experience
- Cisco CCNA level or higher certificate
- Valid driver's license
