Job Summary

The position will be in charge of handling all the facets of instruction to develop and manage of comprehensive NCAA Div II swimming program for women's.

Duties

• Directing all the facets of the program
• Complying in all policies and procedures set by the NCAA/conference/university
• Identifying and evaluating of prospect student athletes
• Scheduling and conducting regular practice sessions
• Coordinating of all scheduling with the sport supervisor
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years coaching expertise
• Strong skills public relations/management/leadership
• CPR/AED certificate
