Job Summary
The Director of Premium Sales is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Premium Sales team. The Director is also responsible for developing/implementing new sales campaigns to assist the team in meeting their goals.
Essential Job Functions:
- Work with department VP to strategize and execute new sales campaigns by developing ideas and plans for suite and club seat license
- Lead prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, data capture and database management.
- Develop effective tracking programs to ensure Premium Sales team successfully meets their daily metrics and annual sales goals.
- Execute proactive prospecting campaigns and processes by way of outbound telephone, mail, email contact, and face-to-face meetings.
- Develop department business plan, training strategy, scripts, policies and procedures.
- Provide direct input on collateral sales and marketing materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
