Managing Director, Organizational Performance

Job Summary

• Bachelor’s degree required


• Advanced training, experience or degree in business administration or similar


• First-hand experience implementing best practices in organizational development and project management

• Effective public speaker


• Must be extremely organized with meticulous attention to detail and a skilled multitasker


• Resourceful in building consensus and unafraid to make unequivocal, informed recommendations


• Experience with leading evaluation at the organization and individual levels; comfort with identifying and discussing opportunities for improvement


• Highly developed interpersonal and management skills, including the ability to facilitate goal-setting for colleagues and to manage accountability to those goals


• Strong attention to detail, action-oriented and well-organized


• Experience with management software tools to maximize efficiencies and ability to learn and master new software programs

• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
