Job Summary

 

In all parts of the athletic program, the Assistant Coach will help the Head Coach. Teach student athletes the abilities they'll need to compete in the sport. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and previous college coaching experience/or collegiate or professional playing experience are required.
 

Responsibilities

Motivate student athletes, conduct practice sessions and recruit student athletesunder Head Coach Direction.

Initiate and monitor personal academic goals for each individual team member

Follow all University, Summit League and NCAA policies and procedures

Attending community functions representing the University
