Director of Spirit Squads
This is a professional position in which the incumbent directs the activities of both squads. Work involves developing promotional materials, making travel arrangements, managing public appearances, and managing the budget and account transactions.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, public relations, interpersonal, customer service, and supervisory skills
- Basic working knowledge with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere or similar applications
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) from a regionally accredited institution.
- 1 year experience working in athletics at a college/university or 2 years coaching cheerleading or dance team on the collegiate level or comparable preferred.
