Ticketing Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking supervisors to help oversee our box office, event day staff, and work with guests. Supervisors will be located in the Ticketmaster Box Office as well as in the arena during events. The role includes managing staff during event time and handling escalated guest ticket issues.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cash handling, making change, and assisting guests for all arena events
• Perform Will Call ticketing process and provide exemplary service to guests
• Utilize the internal ticketing program to complete box office sales
• Communication of all upcoming events, talent, and entertainment dates to guests
• Work with internal systems including TM Archtics, HOST, and TM1 for event sales.
• Learn new software and product releases relevant to the ticketing process
• Answer incoming emails phone calls and provide customer service through all communication channels
