Job Summary

The Director of Client Experiences & Activations is the primary point of contact for our client hospitality programs. Focused on delivering on all contractual elements and providing opportunities for added value where possible. Drives client satisfaction, creates strategic solutions, and retains our most important hospitality relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5+ years of client services or sponsorship experience or event marketing

Proven success and demonstrable positive results in account/client management, guest service and/or event activation experience

Proven success in retaining and growing client revenue and profitability

Previous large market/multinational client/global experience preferred

Innovative problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills for prioritization and planning skills

Self-starter who possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and does what it takes for the betterment of the team
