Job Summary
This job is responsible for identifying new real estate opportunities in commercial multi-family and will work directly with the CEO on a daily basis. The overall focus will be on growing the company with new properties and managing the current portfolio.
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Business or other related fields
- Preferred or must receive at least 1 credit for the onsite experience from an accredited College/University.
- Must be within good standing of your College/University
- Ability to Multitask in a Faced-Paced Environment
- Excellent communication/writing skills
- Attention to detail, knowledge of Microsoft Office, goal-oriented and result-driven
