Job Summary
Overseeing ticket operations, including hiring and scheduling ticketing staff. Sets day-to-day operational objectives and provides overall leadership and direction to ticket operations staff. Sets expectations and focus, assigns duties, delegates responsibilities, evaluates activities, and provides coaching, mentoring, and training.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in sports management, athletic administration, business administration, exercise kinesiology, fitness, physical education or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
2 or more years of customer service related experience with an athletic department or professional sports organization.
Prior supervisory experience and cash handling experience are preferred.
