Athletics Director of Development

Job Summary

The Athletic Director of Development is in charge of identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding new and current donors for high-level annual and major gifts with a focus on major prospects.

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of professional experience in fundraising, donor relations, public relations, or sales.
2. Extensive knowledge of philanthropy and fundraising principles.
3. Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining effective professional relationships with internal and external constituents.
4. Ability to plan, organize, develop and execute strategies.
5. Ability to mentor and coach colleagues or direct reports.
