Assistant Track and Field and Cross Country Coach

Job Summary

The assistant coach will be responsible for assisting the head coach with the organization, development, and daily functioning of the NCAA Division III programs. This individual will assist the head coach in performing all duties to enhance and further develop competitiveness within the programs in compliance with all rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

Valid driver’s license

Previous collegiate experience whether it be coaching or competing, and/or success as a head coach at the high school level

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to efficiently and effectively carry tasks out to completion

Ability to function effectively at a competitive liberal arts NCAA Division III college with highly selective academic standards
