Job Summary

The Sports Performance Coach evaluates, instructs, holds people accountable, and implements speed development, cardiovascular conditioning, or injury prevention in the arena of play. Assist all student athletes with weight room assistance, program implementation, speed enhancement, and conditioning components.


Bachelor's degree - Master's degree preferred

2 years of strength and conditioning experience - preferably at NCAA Division I level

Experience with Olympic style movements, working with female athletes and mass groups of athletes

Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments

Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
