Job Summary

The assistant track and field coach will assist the head coach with the recruitment of and ongoing teaching and instruction of cadet-athletes. The assistant coach will perform administrative tasks as assigned, including but not limited to assisting the head coach with team travel, equipment maintenance, and procurement.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree, master’s preferred
3 or more years as an NCAA, NAIA or NJCAA track and field coach
Specific knowledge, skills, abilities, and special licenses needed to effectively perform in the position (software, professional certifications, drivers' license, languages, etc.).
All Office 365 work products (Word, Excel PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher, etc.)
