Job Summary
This position will assist with daily tournament activities as assigned by the Director of Baseball Operations and venue preparation, event set up and breakdown. As a scout, you are the POC at that specific venue.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Familiar with the game of baseball.
- Ability to recognize challenges and tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, detail oriented, and have a strong problem solving and decision making ability.
- Evening and weekend work is required.
