The Intranet Coordinator position will lead a campus-wide community of content owners and editors, maintaining overall quality control on content, design, and integrations with our intranet/extranet platform as well as developing and implementing policies and standards to ensure effective and engaging content that meets the needs of the Hollywood Park campus.
Roles and Responsibilities
Partners with leadership and various departments to set overall internal communications strategy and direction.
Grow and adapt the intranet platform with new and existing integrations as new campus needs arise.
Build and maintain relationships with a diverse set of internal stakeholders to increase visibility and improve the quality of communications throughout the campus.
Serves as key advisor and counselor for intranet/extranet communications for the organization.
Lead day-to-day content management (reviewing, editing and updating) of the corporate intranet/extranet within the content management system.
