Job Summary
We need strong leaders to help with our retail operations. You will guide our Brand Ambassadors in our service culture of S.M.I.L.E – Southern Hospitality, Make a Moment, Individuals Matter, Listen & Learn, and Empowerment. This role also collaborates with managers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Promote our brand and product in a positive and enthusiastic manner
Locate and prepare merchandise for shipment
Pack, weigh, and label completed orders
Control and maintain accurate merchandise inventory
Assist Warehouse Managers and fulfillment coordinators with eCommerce and store operations
