Job Summary
The Manager of Premium Food & Beverage Services will report to the Director of Operations and is responsible for effectively and profitably managing and directing all day-to-day aspects of the premium service operations, including Clubs, Suites, In-Seat Service, Catering, and all other pertinent areas of premium services.
Qualifications:
5 years or experience successfully managing premium and VIP operations which may include Clubs, Suites, Restaurants, etc.
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of management experience in the contract foodservice industry, with at least 3 years in premium services.
Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of Legends and LAFC management.
Must be available to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays.
Must have basic financial knowledge of the food and beverage business and solid decision-making skills in order to make sound business decisions.
