Sanitation Worker

Job Summary

The sanitation department willremoves trash from the dishroom and transports it to the dumpster. cleans and sanitizes garbage cans Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas in accordance with company regulations; and perform any other duties that may be assigned. 

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift.

Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 60 pounds and place items on high and low shelves in storerooms and freezers.

Hazards include, but are not limited to, cuts from broken glass, metal cans, scalds, and burns, slipping, and tripping.

Frequent reaching, twisting at the waist, bending, and squatting.
