Usher/Ticket Taker (Microsoft Theater)

Job Summary

The ticket taker will check tickets for guests attempting to enter the building or access seating sections. Assist with information requests. effectively and calmly interact with angry or emotional guests. Use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

Qualifications:

A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency.

A minimum of 1 year of related work experience.

Excellent customer service skills when interacting with guests, vendors, and employees.

Ability to memorize, recollect, and quickly retrieve relevant information.

Able to perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without the loss of efficiency or composure.
