Job Summary

Account Manager, Wings Membership Service, is a position within the ticket sales and service department. The account manager works primarily with Philadelphia Wings season ticket members. The responsibilities include the annual retention of an assigned Wings season ticket base and proactively seeking opportunities to generate incremental revenue.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

Strong demonstrated work ethic with an innate sense of urgency, creative capacity and tenacity, team concept and attitude, exceptional organizational, time management and communication skills, acute attention to detail.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
