Job Summary

The Marketing and Promotions Manager will direct marketing efforts for the team in both the local and regional communities. The manager will be responsible for translating revenue generation objectives into marketing objectives, strategies, and plans. driving consumer awareness, engagement, and interest by directly engaging in social media marketing duties.

Qualifications:

Candidate must have 3-4 years experience working in marketing and promotions in baseball preferably or for a professional sport's team.

Candidate must have in game promotions experience above and beyond being a member of the promotion's crew in games.

Candidate MUST have graphic skills (PHOTOSHOP).

Candidate must want to be hands on, as this is a small team environment, where he or she may manage an intern and game staff.

Candidate must be willing to work community events and all baseball games.
