Head Football Coach

Job Summary

The knowledge of NCAA, conference, and compliance rules. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources Variable shifts and days depend upon the playing schedule, recruiting demands, and departmental events.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated successful football coaching experience as a head coach or an assistant coach at the professional level, the NCAA Division I, II or III level.
• head coach at the NAIA, junior college or high school level.
• No prior involvement with NCAA major rules violations.
• Ability to use various computer software applications including video editing systems.
• Collegiate football playing experience.
• Master's Degree.
