Job Summary
The Director of Membership Services will be responsible for developing and overseeing all season ticket member retention and customer service strategies. This individual will directly oversee the Rapids Ticket Sales and Service leadership team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of two years of ticket sales management experience within the sports industry.
Minimum of five years of experience in a sales and retention capacity.
Knowledge of the Major League Soccer.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
