Host/Hostess

Job Summary

The host or hostess is responsible for greeting guests and managing the elevator, escalator, and turnstile operations at Ball Park. Greeting guests as they enter the ballpark or seating area Manage the guest experience by enforcing the team's Code of Conduct policies.

Qualifications:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have great attention to detail.
2. Must be able to work autonomously and with a team at all levels of the organization and with a diverse work force.
3. Availability to work long hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
4. Strong customer service skills.
5. Strong teamwork attitude.
