Job Summary

Our company is seeking a controller to help oversee our finances and prepare meaningful reports. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and experienced in dealing with the daily operations of a company. must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to deal with a wide variety of situations efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Producing monthly combined financial statements in a timely manner.

Adhering to capitalization policy and monitoring monthly depreciation and amortization.

Liaison with independent accounting firm for all required year end financial reporting.

Perform duties relating to Human Resources, including payroll and group health plans/401k administration.

Preparing forecasted financial statements including balance sheet.
