Job Summary

Strive to uphold all hygiene and sanitation regulations, ensuring that all equipment in the kitchens and dishwashing areas is clean and in good working order. Lead and supervise the Night Stewarding team in all aspects of the department and ensure standards are followed. responsible for training and overseeing staff when operating the dishwashing machine.

Qualifications:

1 year of stewarding at a fast pace hotel, resort, or club establishment.

Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Working knowledge of all applicable sanitation requirements.

Previous kitchen supervisory experience in a fast-paced catering or dining facility required.
