Lifeguard

Job Summary

The Lifeguard is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safety of members using the aquatics facility and enforcing pool rules. Must be able to recognize and respond effectively in emergencies. Positions are appointed through June 30, 2023 with the possibility of reappointment based on budget, operational needs, and job performance.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates previous experience as a paid/senior lifeguard.
• Demonstrated effective customer service skills with customer concerns and complaints.
• Demonstrated experience with several types of rescues & spinal injury management procedures.
• Demonstrated professional, positive attitude and ability to maintain a high standard of customer service.
• Possess effective organizational, time management, written and oral communication skills.
