Job Summary
The assistant coach is responsible for assisting the head coach in recruiting and coaching eligible players, organizing, implementing, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the team sport, and attending practices and games. responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations associated with the team sport, the college, and the NJCAA.
