Job Summary
The candidate will lead the tracking and monitoring of student-athlete academic progress and success. Design and deliver academic resources to support retention, graduation, and career services. Lead the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and other affinity groups, providing organizational strategy, strategic planning, and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4-6 years of prior experience working in a collegiate athletics department, preferably in student-athlete services or administration.
- Prior experience as a competitive collegiate student-athlete preferred.
- Experience working with SAAC and other Affinity Groups preferred.
- Knowledge of NCAA and Ivy League rules and regulations.
