The head coach is responsible for the management and administration of the women's field hockey program. The position has specific responsibilities in the following areas: recruiting, practice and game planning, developing student-athletes, fiscal responsibility, alumni engagement, compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant rules, and oversight of assigned staff.
