Assistant Coach, Women's Soccer

Job Summary

Recruits talented student-athletes, coaches and develops players, organizes team travel and meals, manages summer camps, assists with scouting and video preparation, monitors student-athlete development, maintains relationships, assists with game day management, and ensures compliance with NCAA and university policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization plus 1 year of relevant professional experience.

Coaching experience at highly competitive level (preferably at the Division 1 level)

Professional playing experience and/or Division 1 collegiate playing experience may be substituted for coaching experience

USSF coaching license or NSCAA coaching diploma

Experience with fiscal management and daily operations of an intercollegiate athletics department
