Job Summary

The Coordinator of Esports Programs, as a part of the Esports and Gaming team, plays a key role in coordinating various esports programs. This includes working closely with competitive esports team coaches and the esports program manager to manage facility schedules, organizing team managers to maintain rosters, schedules, records, and rankings, and overseeing the academic progress of competitive student team members.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree.

1-2 years’ experience with computer science, information systems, sports management, business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

At least one year of proven experience in esports as an organizer, leader, or coach.

Awareness of esports tournament rules, scheduling, and administration.

Working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS X operating systems in a networked environment.
