Associate Athletic Director/Associate Director of Student Athlete Academic Support Services

Job Summary

The Associate Athletic Director/Associate Director is the key support for the Director of Student-Athlete Academic Support Services (SAASS). This role involves supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of SAASS, collaborating closely with the Director, and overseeing athletic academic coordinators.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree.
2. (5) years work experience providing academic support services (academic advising, academic counseling, tutoring) to student athletes at the college.
3. Master's Degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one (1 year) of work experience.
4. Skill in analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
5. Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
