Senior Director, Talent Development

Job Summary

The Senior Director, Talent Development will be responsible for establishing and driving a talent development strategy that enhances the skills, knowledge and capabilities of employees that enables them to enhance contributions and drive competitive advantage to the organization.

Additionally, in this role you will lead employee engagement for the organization, where you will build, drive, and deliver initiatives and activities promoting our core values.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in implementing best practices in learning systems, processes, assessments and methodologies.

• Ability to evaluate skill requirements of the organization and develop solutions to fill gaps.

• Ability to lead and direct cross-functional teams in a time sensitive environment to implement new practices, programs, and procedures.


• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with a high comfort level of facilitating in small and large groups, including senior leadership.


• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).


• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills to successfully work across the organization.

• Meticulous with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal direction.


• High level of commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance.
