Overview of Role

The role of Account Manager, Client Services is to be a primary liaison between the agency and client, cultivating exceptional client relationships by being an expert in our client’s business and becoming an indispensable part of the client team. The Account Manager is responsible for spearheading the scope of work and owning client satisfaction.

The Account Manager should exemplify the highest level of team building, quality work product, and innovation across the Tigris portfolio of services as well as add value to overall agency culture. This position reports to VP, Client Services & Insights and will work with the Account Director/Senior Account Manager on client accounts as applicable.

Client Services Responsibilities

  • Support Account Director/Senior Account Manager on all projects and client work as assigned
  • A primary point of client contact
  • Spearhead client success through proactive communication, understanding of client business, managing expectations, and execution of goals
  • Work to build authentic relationships through reliability and trust with clients and the internal team
  • Seek in-person, face time with client(s) multiple times throughout the year
  • Lead client-facing and internal team meetings with the goal of ensuring account success
  • Deliver excellent correspondence in the form of emails, documents, and presentations
  • Proactively impact revenue growth by anticipating client needs and presenting innovative ideas
  • Recognize client risks (satisfaction or performance) and work to mitigate those risks
  • Drive project timelines using WRIKE as the agency project management tool
  • Own overall client satisfaction
  • Support Business Development efforts when called upon by the President
  • Demonstrate positive work ethic and participation in Tigris activities
