Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Baseball Event Operations Associate to join our team. This role is vital to the planning, coordination, and execution of DS Sports events nationwide. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and excited to be hands-on in both behind-the-scenes preparation and on-site event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating DS Sports events and pre-event activities, including preparing event items and merchandise.
  
  

• Support all logistical aspects of event setup (venue preparation, signage, merchandise setup, distribution of event items).
  
  

• Collaborate with event participants, vendors, and sponsors to ensure smooth operations.
  
  

• Provide on-site event support, including troubleshooting and customer service.
  
  

• Assist with post-event activities (cleanup, inventory, returning merchandise and equipment to headquarters).
  
  

• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the attendee experience and overall event impact.
  
  

• Assist with data research and collection for event analysis and planning.
  
  

• Support marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, influencer/ambassador outreach, promotional videos, sponsor activations, and community engagement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Event Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
  

• Prior experience in sports, event operations, or marketing is a plus.
  
  

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  
  

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  

• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as required by event schedules.
  
  

• Passion for baseball and creating memorable event experiences.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary of $40,000 - $50,000 based on experience.
