In addition, our specialists work directly with athletes to support their athletic development.

 Role Description

We are seeking an Athletics Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, remote role. The Athletics Specialist will be responsible for providing guidance to parents of competitive athletes in the following areas: Recruiting, Talent Assessment, Coach Ruelationships, Providing Support, Building Confidence, Commitment, Playing time, Transfer Process, and School Selection. This role will work directly with athletes upon request. Other duties include mandatory trainings, coordination with supervisor on client needs, and schedule management. This role was built for former Division I athletes already holding a full-time position.

Compensation

Athletics Specialists with a full client load earn approximately $1,213 per month before taxes - making this one of the highest rates available for a part-time commitment.

Qualifications

At least 2 full years of student-athlete experience at the Division I level

​At least 1 year of full-time professional work experience

​Bachelor’s Degree

​Possess professional writing skills

​Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with parents

​Ability to monitor, evaluate, and adjust to client needs

​Knowledge of Recruiting

​Strong ability to communicate athletics experience
