Director of Retail Marketing

Job Summary

The Director of Retail Marketing will develop and execute retail and residential marketing initiatives for portfolio of operating tenants and partners. The Director will also work closely with the property management's marketing department to ensure tenants receive optimal marketing support from properties' respective tenants.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum of five years professional marketing and proven
2. campaign experience for commercial retail, residential and hospitality.
3. Knowledgeable about the fashion and retail industry as well as pop-culture.
4. Experience with digital marketing, social media and content marketing.
5. Awareness of marketing trends.
6. Ability to build strong relationships.
