Job Summary
The Assistant Athletic Trainer will assist in the daily health care of student athletes and athletic training room operation. Will record and maintain appropriate medical records; will supervise and work with Certified Athletic Trainer Interns. Will travel with assigned sport(s) and provide daily practice/event coverage.
Qualifications:
- Division 1 Athletic Training Experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records.
- Experience with managing supplies, inventory and budget.
- Experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer in an NCAA collegiate setting.
- Current Virginia Athletic Training License.
