Student-Athlete Development Coordinator

Job Summary

The University Athletics is seeking candidates for the Student-Athlete Development Coordinator position. This role supports the holistic development of 1000+ student-athletes. Candidates must be passionate about athletics, academics, community engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to work with student athletes of color and provide support, mentorship, and resource referrals.
• Experience in student-athlete academic services and/or life skills.
• Knowledge of NCAA and Ivy League rules and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-4 years of prior experience working in a collegiate athletics department, preferably in student-athlete services or administration.
