Manager, Youth Licensing

Job Summary

The candidate will work closely with the Sr. Director of Licensing, Consumer Products, to lead strategic planning, business development, and execution of the League's licensees' consumer product strategy. They will support the development of consumer products aligned with league strategy, identify and execute business development opportunities, and partner with licensees to drive revenue.

Qualifications:

1. 5 years of prior work experience, in licensing or a related sector.
2. Strong professional network within the youth licensing, manufacturing, consumer products and retail.
3. Knowledge of the Spanish Language (business proficiency).
4. Knowledge of the sport of soccer.
5. Analytical skillset and data-driven approach to decision making.
