Job Summary

This position will primarily support venture initiatives and corporate departments. It will provide strategic legal advice on emerging categories, draft and negotiate transaction documents, manage league policies in emerging categories, support all equity investment activity, and manage Soccer United Marketing corporate entity structuring and intercompany agreements.
